PRODUCTION & SHIPPING

Production time for all prints is 5-7 business days PLUS shipping/transit time. Business days do not include the weekend. 

Rolled canvas prints and limited edition prints will typically ship via USPS First Class or Priority (6-10 business days) 

INTERNATIONAL: You will be responsible for any additional customs fees and/or taxes your country may charge on imports. 

LARGE PIECES: when you check out you are paying an estimate shipping charge. I will send you an invoice or refund for the shipping charge depending on the actual shipping costs.

SHIPPING FEES cover the cost of postage, packing materials, labor and stocking.

RETURNS

All sales are final sales. 

If we’ve make a mistake in the listing, we will make sure that you end up with the correct artwork! Please be aware that colors are not always easy to represent on a computer or phone screen. We do our best to show you an accurate image of the art you are buying, but sometimes the image colors will vary from screen to screen. If you are not sure if the colors you see in a painting are exactly what you want, please ask for more photos, or ask for a Pantone or paint swatch match!  We strive for excellent printing quality in all of our products. Each piece is examined before being shipped, but on a very rare occassion a mistake could slip past us, or your purchase could be damaged in transit. If your artwork arrives with a defect or damage, please contact us within 3 days of delivery date at hello@neicyfrey.com. We will contact you within 48 hours to resolve the issue!  Please include the following in your email:

  • Images of the damaged item

  • Images of the damaged packaging

  • Contact name and phone number

Please do not ship anything back until you speak with us. 

If we agree to accept the return, we will provide you with a shipping address and pre-paid shipping label. You will be responsible to send the artwork back to our studio before we can process an exchange. We only process exchanges for the exact originally purchased item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

DAMAGED ARTWORK

Please let me know immediately if the artwork you receive has been damaged in shipping so I can assist you in getting a replacement or reimbursement right away
